Q: I have purchased a package, how long is the contract for?

A: All contracts are for one (1) year of internet hosting. Payments may be made by PayPal, credit card, personal cheques or money orders.

Q: Can I add external web links to my Wedding Website?

A: Yes, external web links may be added.

Q: How do I make payments?

A: Payment is made by an annual membership subscription scheme. Payment can be made by PayPal online or paid by cheque. Cheques to be made payable to ‘The Makeup Box Ltd’ and mailed to ‘55 Worthing Road, Horsham, West Sussex’ RH12 1TD. Please allow five working days for your cheque to clear then five days for your details to be visible online.

Q: When can I submit my photos and information?

A: Once payment has been made content your photographs can be submitted via email or the mailed. Text must be in MS Word format, photographs in JPEG or GIF format.

Q: How do I upload my photos and information?

A: We provide a step-by-step easy to follow guide to upload the relevant information for both your Wedding Portfolio and Wedding Website.

Q: Can you upload my pictures and content for me?

A: For those of you who feel intimidated by computers, for an additional fee we can scan and upload your pictures and text for you. However, there is an additional charge for this service. Please send a cheque for £35.00 made payable to The Makeup Box Ltd along with your photographs or CD-ROM via registered post to Graphic Design, Graphics, 5 Kingfisher Lure, Water Lane, Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, WD4 8ER. Once we have received your content you will be online within ten working days.

Q: Will you return my photos?

A: If you want your pictures to be returned a self addressed envelope should be submitted along with your pictures. All cost associated with the return of any material is the responsibility of the client.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: There are no refunds once your ‘Wedding Portfolio’ or ‘Wedding Website’ has been posted.

Q: Do you offer custom designed websites?

A: Yes. If you don't see what you need, please email or contact us and we will arrange a meeting for you with our web designer.
